These terms define the conditions applicable to graphic design services provided by LYNKO Studio.
A 50% deposit is required at order to start the project. The balance is due upon delivery.
Delivery times are indicated in the quote and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the quote. Additional revisions may be charged.
Creations remain the property of LYNKO Studio until full payment. After payment, rights are transferred to the client according to the contract.
In case of cancellation after project start, the deposit remains with LYNKO Studio. Any refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
LYNKO Studio cannot be held liable for indirect losses or damages related to the use of creations. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
